The film is based on memories of my childhood journey to the park in Pakistan. The park was called “Baghe Naran”, which is located in Peshawar, a city in the eastern part of the country. We would often take a picnic to Baghe Naran for which my family made a special food called “Shor Nakhod”.
In this project I wanted to make the food that we used to eat in the park in Pakistan. I dressed up using traditional clothes, taking the food to West Park in Wolverhampton. Through this project I wanted to bring back my childhood memories in the park in Pakistan, which was full of joy and happiness.
